Philosophy and Methodology

You are the customer first and foremost.  You know your company’s goals for success.  If you perceive that personnel management may be affecting company goals, Building Bridges will collaborate and partner with you to identify the issues and recommend realistic initiatives to align staff and company goals.

 

Building Bridges LLC can

• Develop, with your assistance, a program(s) that can strengthen the trust, professional respect, and working relationships that contribute to a highly successful work environment.
• Conduct and/or provide the following services to help you reach this goal:
• Facilitation that will assist groups to achieve desired outcomes
• Training in a variety of personnel management topics such as:
• performance management
• conflict management
• sexual harassment,
• mentoring, coaching, etc.
• Coaching to staff members to assist in their development as effective supervisors and managers
• Conflict Management/Mediation Services to assist in the resolution of differences between individuals or groups that may be having an adverse affect on the work environment.
• Management Reviews to determine the effectiveness of management actions and policies on the work environment.
